Animal-Angels Foundation is a prevention-first animal welfare nonprofit serving seven counties in Central Alabama: Jefferson, Shelby, Blount, St. Clair, Walker, Bibb, and Chilton. AAF is registered as a nonprofit organization in the State of Alabama with EIN 41-3166394. References to "AAF," "we," "us," or "our" throughout these terms refer to Animal-Angels Foundation.
You may use this site for lawful purposes consistent with these terms. You agree not to use the site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, any systems or networks connected to the site, or any AAF server. You agree not to use any automated system, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access the site for any purpose without AAF's prior written consent. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the site or the servers and networks that host it.
Certain features of the site, including the AWRN Partner Portal, donor accounts, and program applications, may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to update your information as needed. AAF reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.
Donations made through the site are processed by third-party payment providers. AAF does not store credit card numbers on its servers. All online transactions are encrypted using industry-standard security protocols. Donation receipts are provided by email for tax purposes. Refund requests for online donations must be submitted in writing to angels@animal-angels.org within 30 days of the transaction.
AAF's acceptance and use of donations is governed by our Gift Acceptance Policy, which is available on request.
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, data compilations, software, and the design and layout of the site, is the property of Animal-Angels Foundation or its content providers and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The AAF name, logo, Cotton, Ballz, Keep The Pet, Wagging Tails and Whiskers, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Animal-Angels Foundation. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of AAF.
You may view, download, and print content from this site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Any other use of site content, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, requires AAF's prior written consent.

Access to the Animal Welfare Resource Network (AWRN) Partner Portal is restricted to authorized partner organizations that have executed a current Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or partnership agreement with AAF. Portal users are bound by the terms of their organization's agreement with AAF in addition to these Terms of Use. Unauthorized access to the partner portal is prohibited.
This site and all content, tools, and services provided through it are offered "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AAF does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. AAF does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the site.
The information provided on this site, including program descriptions and resource referrals, is for general informational purposes only.
